BMR Shut Down, What Now? Alternatives

The words used by the guys at BMR say it all: it was a great run!

And indeed it was, because BMR was working like a charm for everyone, and many people were so comfortable with the results that they were basing their off page SEO solely on this great service. However, Google outsmarted BMR and well, you know what happened in the end.

But, is this the end of private networks?

You can bet it is not! There are many, and as Google takes down 1 or 2, 3 more will come and each time better prepared to evade Google’s radar, not only that, webmaster will become more aware of how to deal with this issue and how to keep Google at bay yet happy with their websites.

The truth is that BMR and some of other networks have been hit with de-indexing issues, but as we speak (or write) there are many others still rocking hard and making rankings go up on daily basis.

The solution moving forward is not to avoid networks, but to avoid depending on one and also adding more linkbuilding strategies to your link profile.
